The sports club now has a purpose-made pétanque terrain near the ancient oak trees at the Walsham Sports Club. Pétanque is played from 2pm on Thursday afternoons by a small core of regular players, but new members are very much welcomed. The club has its own supply of boules .

Another weekly session is planned along with some friendly games with other local village teams. 

Sessions are very informal, and no previous experience in pétanque is necessary – the purpose it just to have a relaxed time and everyone is made very welcome.
