Over 50? Or maybe your running and jumping days over? Still want some more exercise. Walking Netball may be for you.
No running or jumping involved and you have 4 seconds to pass the ball. It involves skills and drills, passing, catching, movement and primarily having fun.
The sessions aim to build your confidence on court and build fitness and are also a great way to meet new friends over refreshments in the club house afterwards.
So please come along an join the group on a Tuesday between 10am and 11am at the Sports Club, even if running and jumping is no longer your thing!
The activity will only run weather permitting so please contact the organiser if unsure.
