Annual Meeting of the Parish – 2021

A Community Event at the Memorial Hall

Walsham le Willows Memorial Hall

Saturday 11th September 2021

1pm – 5pm

New to the village?
Looking to meet people and make contacts?
Thinking about joining a village organisation?

The Annual meeting of the Parish is an opportunity for people of the Parish to informally get together and meet and to find out more about what’s going on and to make connections with other people and village organisations.

The Chair of the Parish Council will present an annual report and that’s the formal bit done. Then you can grab a cup of tea and peruse tables that village organisations will take to promote their activities. A representative of each organisation will be present to update you on how they have continued, or not, through lockdown and what’s planned over the coming year.

Come along to find out more about these and other village organisations and chat informally to your Parish Councillors.

The Parish Council will provide refreshments (tea and cake) free of charge from the Coffee shop run by the Memorial Hall, which is the hub for many other activities throughout the week.
