Hi, I’m Georgie Luppi! I’ve lived in Walsham le Willows my whole life, getting involved in the Drama Group, Open Gardens Weekend and volunteering during the first lockdown.
I am currently creating a show full of talent from Wales to Walsham le Willows for the most important of eighteenth birthday celebrations…

For the last 7 months I have had the absolute blessing of becoming friends with a wonderful young lady called Tegan (pictured left) who also lives in our village. She has a Mitochondrial Disease called Cytochrome c Oxidase Deficiency which is a genetic disease that affects her brain and muscles. But, more importantly, she has made me laugh to the point of gasping for breath countless times and has been the brightest silver lining to the dark cloud of a year which was 2020.
On the 10th of January it’s Tegan’s eighteenth birthday, a milestone her family and doctors never thought she would reach. I have got together talent from the National Youth Theatre of Great Britain, a tap dancer who represented Team GB at the Tap World Championships, a stunning soprano from the Royal Academy of Music and a magician (!) to collaborate and create an “Evening of Joy” to celebrate Tegan’s next milestone.
Alongside this, we are fundraising for a new positional chair that Tegan desperately needs (the current one broke during the first lockdown and ever since we have been propping it up with wooden toy bricks!).
Find out more about Tegan’s story and how to watch the show on Sunday 10th January
It would be amazing to have the support from our wonderful village and we hope you can join us for the show on Sunday 10th January – it’s gonna be a good’un! Thank you!!
